Core Responsibilities: * Business Development: Actively prospect for new clients and cultivate lasting professional relationships within the Central Florida community. * Client Representation: Schedule, coordinate, and lead property showings, conduct open houses, and advise clients on the home-buying and selling process. * Advisory Role: Assist clients in understanding current market trends, property valuation, budgeting, and available mortgage options. * Transaction Excellence: Utilize our provided pre-qualified lead system to match clients with ideal homes. Manage all necessary documentation to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely transactions. Compensation & Agent Support This is a 100% commission-based role. Income is directly tied to sales performance, offering unlimited earning potential. * Indeed Posting Note: For compliance with Indeed's policies, this compensation is classified as Commission Only.
