Scholarship Details To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must: * Adhere to YKTM team guidelines and standards. * Complete pre-licensing school and state testing within 60 days. * Secure a signed client contract within the first 60 days of joining the team. Scholarship Benefits: * Reimbursement of up to $800 of your realtor course fees, paid at your first closing. * Step-by-step mentorship from one of the most successful real estate teams in Tennessee. * A proven career path with company-provided leads, systems, and training. * Flexible online or in-person class options to fit your schedule. Note: Scholarship recipients are expected to uphold the highest standards of accountability. If company expectations are not met, the scholarship will be revoked.
