Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in both outside and inside sales, demonstrating strong skills in business development, account management, and customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and territory management, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. Duties * Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts * Manage and nurture client relationships through effective account management * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics * Perform product demos and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings * Engage in direct sales * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction * Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies * Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth Qualifications * Strong background in lead generation, territory sales, and account management * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce preferred) * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service excellence * Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making and strategy development * Experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to a growing organization, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
