Compensation: 50/50/15 Split Location: Eastern, Nebraska (Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont, Bellevue, Blair, etc) Company: Mighty Dog Roofing - Eastern Nebraska About the Role: We're looking for experienced, driven, and reliable roofing sales professionals to join our growing team as an independent 1099 contractor. This position is commission-based and ideal for a motivated self-starter who knows how to hustle, close deals, and represent a respected roofing brand with professionalism and integrity. Perfect for those that want to sale and focus on sales. Does not require production management in the role with the 50/50/15 split. With applicable roofing and production experience there is potential for a higher commission rate. What We 're Looking For: * Proven experience in roofing sales or a closely related construction sales role. * A self-starter who can create their own opportunities -- not someone waiting around for leads. * A team player who works well with others, respects the process, and represents the company professionally. * No BS, no excuses, and definitely not an a-hole. * Willingness to learn our systems , follow our process, and uphold our brand standards. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities: * Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and social media outreach. * Manage leads provided by the company and convert them into signed contracts. * Perform roof inspections, document damage, and assist homeowners through the insurance or retail process. * Maintain accurate records and report progress to management. * Represent Mighty Dog Roofing with integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times.
