Sales Executive - KPI-Driven Job Description Location: Denver, Colorado Job Type: Full-Time Overview Home Medical Supply Company is seeking a results-driven, KPI-focused Sales Executive to accelerate growth in the Denver market. This role is accountable for developing new referral partnerships and expanding utilization across our core product categories--DME, incontinence supplies, AAC, and Urology. Success in this role is measured through referral volume, starts of care, territory growth, and account engagement activity. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The Sales Executive will be evaluated on performance in the following core areas: 1. Referral Source Growth * Add 4-6 new referral sources per month (physicians, SNFs, clinics, discharge planners, case managers). * Conduct 50 -75 outbound prospecting touches per week (calls, drop-ins, meetings, emails). * Maintain an active prospect pipeline of at least 30 qualified accounts at all times. 2. Account Retention & Expansion * Conduct 25-35 in-person account visits per week. * Complete 2 -4 in-services/educational sessions per month. * Grow order volume from existing accounts by 10 -20% quarter-over-quarter. * Cross-sell at least 2 additional product categories per active account. 3. Sales Activity & CRM Utilization * Log 100% of sales activities (calls, visits, tasks) in CRM daily. * Maintain 95%+ accuracy on referral source data, tasks, and follow-up schedules. 4. Territory Performance * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for: * Referral volume * Starts of care * New pending * No-Go reduction * Maintain a territory growth rate of 12 -15% annually. 5. Operational Excellence * Submit weekly activity reports on time. * Respond to referral inquiries within 2 hours during business hours. Essential Responsibilities * Prospect, qualify, and onboard new referral partners across hospitals, clinics, SNFs, and specialty providers. * Strengthen existing relationships through consistent account management and scheduled visits. * Educate referral partners on our product offerings and payer requirements to increase referral accuracy and SOQ. * Build and execute quarterly territory plans aligned with KPI targets. * Partner with internal operations, intake, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. * Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community engagement opportunities. * Maintain a high level of knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer requirements. * Track all activities in the CRM with detailed, accurate notes and task management. Requirements * 2-5 years of successful healthcare sales or business development experience (DME, home health, or related fields preferred). * Proven history of achieving measurable KPIs and revenue targets. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. * Solid understanding of insurance reimbursement (Medicare, Medicaid/AHCCCS). * Self-driven with excellent time and territory management skills. * Proficient in CRM systems and general computer applications. * Valid driver's license; ability to travel locally.
