You must have prior success selling high end, high ticket custom designed and engineered solutions to a variety of decision makers face to face in a competitive market with a one to three call sales cycles. You excel at finding and closing new opportunities, building long lasting relationships while growing and expanding existing accounts. Once you land an account you never lose them because of your superior service and attention to detail. You have excellent problem solving skills. You sell consultatively with supreme listening skills and use these skills to help the prospect see value in working with a market leader. Your experience gives you the ability to customize specs giving you the advantage to win more than your fair share of the opportunities. You are as comfortable meeting your clients in person or on a Zoom call as you are speaking with them on the phone. You have a proven track record working remotely following proven systems and processes. You love and live in the CRM because you know your daily efforts show you are a self- starting, high achiever. You also work well as part of a team and you are willing to travel daily throughout the Metro Milwaukee region.
