We are seeking a highly experienced Dental Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in direct-to-consumer dental sales, particularly with All-on-X full arch cases. About the Role As a Dental Sales Consultant, you will be the key liaison between patients and our dental team, guiding individuals through life-changing treatment journeys. You'll need to confidently communicate complex treatment plans involving high-value cases ($50k+) , ensuring patients fully understand the clinical, financial, and personal benefits. This position also includes supporting general dental patients, assisting with scheduling, and handling some front-desk/reception responsibilities. Responsibilities * Conduct consultations with prospective patients for All-on-X cases and other high-value treatments. * Clearly explain treatment options, materials, surgical processes, and financing solutions. * Build strong trust-based relationships with patients, helping them commit to transformative dental care. * Confidently discuss large treatment costs and present financing options. * Daily CRM use to track leads, manage pipeline, and ensure consistent follow-up. * Proactively follow up with patients by phone, email, and text to move them through the decision process. * Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences. * Support day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and reception duties as needed. Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of dental sales experience (direct-to-consumer required). * Proven success in selling high-value treatments ($50k+). * In-depth knowledge of All-on-X procedures , surgical process, materials, and outcomes. * Experience working with dental financing companies. * Dental insurance knowledge is essential. * Strong communication skills and ability to handle direct financial conversations with confidence. * Computer savvy is mandatory - must be proficient with Eaglesoft, Google Workspace (G-suite), Slack, and CRM systems. * Organized, professional, and able to multitask (sales + office support).
