Focus Workforce Management is looking for dependable and dedicated individuals to join our retail store teams in Orange Beach, AL. RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE : * Assist customers and/or stocking shelves * Keeping the department clean and organized * Loading, unloading, moving products, bulky products * Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, cleaning glass and windows * Restroom cleaning * Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor * Ensuring customer orders are filled accurately * Assist customers with loading merchandise in their vehicle * Move shopping carts from the parking lot to the store * Duties assigned by supervisor REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Ability to stand, sit, reach, pull, lift and bend for extended periods of time * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to great customer service * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to maintain a good attendance record * Ability to commute to/from Gulf Shores, AL * Have reliable transportation Join us as we strive to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers while fostering a supportive team environment!
