Senior Sales Manager / Associate Sales Director - Airport Lounge Partnerships Location: San Francisco (with travel as needed) Company: Plaza Premium Group *Up to $125k base + bonus Join the Global Leader in Travel Hospitality Plaza Premium Group is on the lookout for a passionate and high-performing Senior Sales Manager to lead our B2B growth initiatives and elevate our presence in the luxury travel and hospitality sectors. Based in San Francisco, this role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and a strong background in airline, airport lounge partnerships, and/or luxury travel. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will drive revenue growth, manage strategic enterprise accounts, and forge partnerships that shape the future of premium travel experiences. What You 'll Do: * Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to secure and grow partnerships. * Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, exploring new channels and upsell opportunities to maximize value. * Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. * Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful campaigns that boost brand visibility and commercial success. * Represent Plaza Premium Group at industry events, client meetings, and site visits. * Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams to support scalable revenue initiatives. What We 're Looking For: * 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record in B2B airline, airport, or restaurant partnerships and/or joint ventures. * Proven closer with experience managing the full sales cycle and consistently exceeding targets. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills--comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders. * Strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for data-informed decision making. * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent practical experience. * Prior success in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus. * A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
