Compensation & Incentives - Uncapped performance based pay + team commission with six-figure earning potential - Training pay while you ramp up - Monthly performance incentives, contests, and bonuses - Flexible schedule once trained - Company vehicle and gas card What You Will Do The Sales Manager is a hands-on field leader responsible for driving performance, accountability, and results across a team of 3-5 roofing sales representatives. - Coach and elevate performance - Assist with training - Inspect roofs and exterior property (training provided) - Present solutions and estimates with professionalism - Canvass neighborhoods and self-generate leads - Educate homeowners on roofing solutions - Guide customers through the insurance restoration process - Communicate clearly -- their roof is our reputation - Track pipeline in CRM - Work closely with the team to share wins and grow together - Run inbound leads and appointments at the owners' discretion Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development - Lead your team in daily prospecting and field activity - Train new and existing reps through ride-alongs and hands-on coaching - Hold reps accountable to KPIs, standards, and daily activity - Reinforce company culture and values - Support reps in improving communication, confidence, and closing ability Sales & Homeowner Engagement - Knock doors and generate new roofing inspections - Run inbound homeowner leads - Assist reps with complex inspections or deals - Represent Homestretch Roofing with professionalism - Maintain high ethical standards and protect our reputation Operational Responsibilities - Track team performance and report daily activity - Support reps in understanding roof damage, insurance processes, and job lifecycle - Conduct follow-ups with homeowners as needed Qualifications - Strong communication skills - Coachable, driven, and committed to growth - Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing - Ability to perform roof inspections - Sales or customer service experience is a plus - Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful - Valid driver's license - Competitive personality and positive mindset - Experience with door-to-door sales preferred - Strong communicator and motivator - Must be willing to complete a background check Job Details Job Type: Full-time Flexible schedule Paid training Hybrid remote after training Location: Louisville, KY 40223 Must be able to commute or relocate before starting.
