Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Licensed Sales Representative who's ready to help clients protect what matters most while earning a rewarding income. You'll call outbound warm leads provided by the agency, conduct coverage reviews, and close new business in a professional, goal-oriented setting. Duties

• Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business and expand the client base.
• Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
• Assist with sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing policy renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products through various channels.
• Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Experience
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
• Property & Casulaty license is required
• Background in retail sales or telemarketing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and customer service best practices is beneficial.
