Technical Sales Engineer - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 75k/year - Brookfield, WI * AllSearch Recruiting has a client in the Precast concrete industry looking for a Technical Sales Engineer. Our client is known to help customers improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainability in construction. The Technical Sales Engineer will drive spare and wear parts sales across a defined region. The Technical Sales Engineer will manage customer relationships, identify needs, and provide tailored solutions while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their spare and wear parts requirements. * Promote and sell spare and wear parts through technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultative sales. * Proactively identify opportunities for parts sales and other solutions (FaMe, equipment, services). * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of spare parts. * Plan and manage spare parts inventory and replenishment; drive profitability improvements in the supply chain. * Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to achieve sales and margin goals. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. * Share customer and market feedback with management to support continuous improvement. Qualifications: * 3+ years' experience in technical sales within a relevant industry. * Strong technical knowledge and solution sales experience. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region. * Knowledge of the precast industry and basics of concrete technology strongly preferred. * Preferred Bachelor's degree in engineering, sales, or a related field. * Compensation: * Base salary in the 60k - 75k/year range plus full benefits as well as quarterly and annual bonuses.
