The Opportunity: We are actively seeking a Sales Director to spearhead sales efforts in the Texas market with a primary focus on high-value new construction projects. This role is critical in building relationships with major commercial general contractors and developers while leading strategic initiatives that drive profitability and market share. You will be responsible for developing a robust pipeline of new construction opportunities, influencing specification work, and ensuring seamless delivery of Division 8 solutions. The company is seeking a strategic thinker with a proven track record in commercial door and hardware sales, particularly in new construction environments.
