We're looking for someone with * 4-5 years in sales management * Team development experience * Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals * Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results * Knowledge of Catholic rituals and traditions and the ability to lead the ministry * Ability to prepare, forecast, and analyze budgets/financial reports * Capability of overseeing multiple functional areas * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Excellent written and verbal skills * Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology * Bi-lingual speaking preferred sImcNTBIWY
