Responsibilities

• Mastering communication systems, sales materials, and internal office processes
• Participating in daily training sessions to become an expert liaison between clients and the sales team
• Attending development clinics centered on:
• Quality assurance and control of the sales process
• Personal professional growth
• Advanced communication strategies
• Engaging in weekly goal-setting sessions and receiving individualized coaching from leadership
• Using Salesforce CRM to track performance and customer retention
• Making daily follow-up and feedback calls to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and strong, long-term client relationships

Qualifications

& Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and confident speaking
• Comfortable interacting with people daily--customers, clients, and team members alike
• Positive attitude with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced setting
• Financially motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
• A genuine desire to contribute and create real impact within the organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,250.00 per week
