Responsibilities * Mastering communication systems, sales materials, and internal office processes * Participating in daily training sessions to become an expert liaison between clients and the sales team * Attending development clinics centered on: * Quality assurance and control of the sales process * Personal professional growth * Advanced communication strategies * Engaging in weekly goal-setting sessions and receiving individualized coaching from leadership * Using Salesforce CRM to track performance and customer retention * Making daily follow-up and feedback calls to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and strong, long-term client relationships Qualifications & Preferred Skills * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field * Strong communication skills, including active listening and confident speaking * Comfortable interacting with people daily--customers, clients, and team members alike * Positive attitude with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced setting * Financially motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow * A genuine desire to contribute and create real impact within the organization Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,250.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Louisville, KY 40218 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Louisville, KY 40218: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
