As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with clients to assess their roofing needs, provide expert recommendations, and offer customized solutions that enhance their homes. We're looking for someone bilingual in English and Spanish who can connect with customers and build lasting relationships. You'll use your experience to generate leads, close deals, and drive business growth in a competitive market. For insurance claims, we have an in-house supplement team that handles all supplement work--so you can stay focused on sales and customer relationships. What you 'll do * Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. * Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to recommend the best roofing solutions tailored to their requirements. * Utilize your skills in lead generation to identify new business opportunities and expand your client base. * Demonstrate products through engaging presentations and product demos that highlight the benefits of our offerings. * Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction while upselling additional services when appropriate. * Leverage CRM software, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on achieving sales targets.
