As a valued team member, you will enjoy: * Excellent compensation ($50,000 - 75,000/year, sales incentive plan offered, commensurate with experience) * Great benefit package that includes medical, supplemental dental and 401(k) Paid vacation and sick leave Upon receipt of an offer of employment, candidates must satisfactorily complete the required drug screen, physical, and background checks Job Responsibilities: * Evaluate new project inquiries to identify technical risk and provide recommended solutions. * Develop technical solutions that establish our company in a favorable position to close new project orders. * Work with Managers, Reps, Owners, and Consulting Engineers as required to develop proposals and working solutions. * Support sales bid opportunities. * Perform technical reviews of RFQ packages. * Develop technical package (unit drawing, equipment selections, data sheets, component catalogs) that supports the sales strategy. * Obtain equipment quotes from vendors. * Perform risk assessment of the project and prepare recommended solutions to discuss with the Sales team. * Assist Project Teams during handoff of new projects. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering is a plus. * Experience in cost estimating is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. * Must have Industrial Equipment sales experience. * Ability to grasp & relate to technical/mechanical design requirements & specifications of lifting equipment. * Experience in writing technical proposals.
