Summary As a Sales Associate at 2nd STREET USA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our stores. Located in various states across the U.S., you will help customers discover unique fashion pieces while contributing to our commitment to sustainability. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assist them in finding unique fashion items. * Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly. * Promote sales through effective upselling techniques and product knowledge. * Maintain store organization and cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience. * Participate in product demonstrations and assist with inventory management. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations. * Ability to upsell products and drive sales performance. * Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
