Duties/Responsibilities * Lead excellent and effective personal training sessions. * Complete thorough movement assessments to evaluate our clients start point, progress and final results. * demonstrate excellent communication skills * Program exercise, track progress, and communicate through our state of the art Core Progression app. * Come up with strategies with the general manager and execute on maintaining good client retention. * Add to our fun, motivating culture. * collaborate with other staff and interns as we stay up to date on new research as the industry changes. * Providing the ultimate training experience for all of our clients during their fitness and health journey.
