Answer and Direct incoming calls as necessary and in a timely manner. 2. Conduct Scheduled and Unscheduled Tours along with our Move-in Coordinator. Follow the company approved Consultative Sales Approach on all tours which builds rapport, identifies needs, and helps solve problems based upon a comprehensive determination of needs. 3. Responsible for keeping CRM system updated on a daily basis. 4. Assures occupancy goals are reached and maintained. 5. Complete internal and external marketing responsibilities including sales calls, tours, community presentations, inquiry follow-up, assist with new resident paperwork and other duties as assigned by the Executive Director. 6. Analyze occupancy trends, market/competition trends and length of sales cycle to determine the necessary sales activities in order to achieve full occupancy and a robust waiting list. 7. Assist in completing new resident orientation, welcome basket etc. 8. Assist Executive Director in keeping an accurate record of census, vacant units, transfers, move-ins, discharges, etc. 9. Problem solves with prospective residents and family. 10 Work directly with the Culinary Department to assist in coordinating special events. 11 Create new referral sources and enhance existing relationships with nursing homes, retirement centers, physicians and their related office staff, hospital staff including social workers, discharge planners, volunteer coordinators, rehabilitation directors, chaplain services, pastors, senior service organizations, adult day care centers, home health and other community-based referral sources with result in referrals to Arcadia. 12 Develop an outreach plan with direction from the Executive Director based on the needs of the community. 13 Oversee apartment readiness and completion of all move-in paperwork prior to move in with the Business Office Director and Executive Director. 14 Monitor the community, model apartments, tour routes and outside grounds to ensure the community is clean and tour ready at all times. Ensure the community is always stocked with full sets of brochures and a tour coverage schedule is in place at all times. 15 Participation in local organizations is identified as bringing value, by making presentations and joining as a member where appropriate in order to facilitate a broader knowledge of Assisted Living and Arcadia. Attend community events to increase awareness among potential referral sources and customers. 16 Develop and implement special events and presentations targeted as community education, establishing, and maintaining status for Arcadia as the expert on assisted living. 17 Maintain a database within the CRM/ of medical contacts/community resources. Update Glennis to include all activities related to networking, sales and marketing, prospective resident activities, tours, presentations, phone calls, and all other sales and marketing related activities on a daily basis. 18 Participate and implement a strategic plan for the development of marketing actions and related sales efforts. Assist in the implementation of monthly marketing plans, monitor sales budgets and track results of all marketing efforts. 19 Perform community sales activities by effectively moving prospects through the sales process to close. 20 Attend the Daily Stand-Up Meeting and provide support and direction in achieving overall occupancy goals and programs to address the needs of the community. Participate as Weekend Manager on Duty as assigned. 21 Work with all staff and Managers in a positive and professional manner. 22 Work within a monthly budget.
