The Role: As an Outside Sales Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by providing roofing and exterior improvement solutions to homeowners. You will conduct in-home inspections, assess customer needs, and deliver compelling presentations to help homeowners make informed decisions. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset. You must be comfortable working in residential environments, climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and inspecting attic spaces. A company vehicle is provided. Key Responsibilities: * Follow up on company-provided leads , complete bids, and close sales. * Conduct multiple in-home roofing and exterior inspections daily. * Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process. * Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners. * Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials. * Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows. * Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed. * Adhere to company sales processes and best practices. Qualifications: Required: * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record & background check. * Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner. * Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools. * Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions. * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Preferred: * In-home sales or home improvement sales experience (roofing experience not required). Initial Training: * Comprehensive paid training program; 2-week classroom training with additional field training * Paid training class session (expenses covered) * Must be comfortable with 2 weeks paid training - potentially in another city Schedule & Work Environment: * Flexible weekly schedule with evening and weekend appointments as needed. * Regularly engaged in outside sales, requiring travel to customer locations. Compensation: * Initial training pay * Post training uncapped commission structure (1st year earnings target $80-$130K ). * Pre-set and pre-qualified leads provided by our call center & marketing team. * Performance-based bonus opportunities.
