We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our established family-owned furniture store, in business for over 50 years! You will assist our sales associates in helping with customers' needs and increasing overall sales, as well as holding meetings and trainings. Responsibilities: * Goal setting and oversight of the sales floor * Scheduling sales associates * Assisting sales associate with pricing * Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline * Resolve customer inquiries, needs and any customer service issues * Resolving any workplace conflict or issues as they might arise * Opening and closing the showroom, as needed * Holding regular sales meetings and trainings * Meeting with ownership regarding sales performance Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales management, customer service management, or other related fields preferred. Furniture sales is also highly preferred. * Friendly, approachable personality * Ability to build rapport with team and clients * Willingness to develop team members professionally * Desire to help sales associates succeed and increases sales * Excellent communication skills * Highly organized, motivated individual We are open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays, ensuring that you have time on the weekends off! In addition to a salary, you will be paid a commission on your personal sales, as well as a bonus on the overall store sales.
