Full description of the position
Exit Technologies is an IT Asset Disposition company growing an average of 40% per year. Data driven companies depend on us to make it secure & easy to cash out old IT gear. This includes onsite erasure, packing & pick up. Upon gear arrival, we test and send an audit report and payment to the client. So we are 'selling' clients on the idea of taking our money for computers they don't need. The sales director plays a pivotal role in accelerating and shaping growth by leading seven people across sales, purchasing, & setting teams. The leader needs to be fanatical about people, process and performance. They empower the team to be their best, but exit team members when coaching doesn't work. Key Responsibilities *Sales Leadership & Strategy: *Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Refine and communicate Exit's unique value proposition. Establish pricing strategies and contract terms that balance competitiveness with profitability while barring unnecessary risk. Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular coaching sessions, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Recruit and onboard new sales talent as needed to support business growth. Create sales & CRM process that wows clients and drives results. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies and large enterprises. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Understand client IT asset lifecycle challenges and position our ITAD solutions effectively. Revenue & Performance Management: Own the sales forecast and pipeline management process. Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements. Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery that supports sales commitments. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred * 8+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role * Proven experience meeting sales targets in the ITAD, IT services, or related tech sectors * Excellent negotiation skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles * CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and strong analytical capabilities * Excellent people, communication, and leadership skills * Understanding of secondary markets for refurbished IT equipment (Preferred) Compensation * $120k Salary + Bonus with OTE at $220k * M-F 9-5 * 10 days of PTO per year * 4% 401k match after one year * Health insurance Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Do you have at least 8 years of B2B sales experience? * Do you have at least 4 years experience in a sales leadership role? * Are you okay with a background check? * Do you have CRM experience? * Do you have experience in the IT, ITAD, or related Tech sectors?
