As an Appointment Setter with AVID Lights, you'll be the driving force behind connecting homeowners with our exceptional Sales Representatives. Your role is vital in generating interest and scheduling appointments, setting the stage for transformative solar solutions while going Door-to-Door. Key Responsibilities: * Engage and Excite: Spark homeowners' interest in permanent lights. * Schedule Success: Coordinate appointments for our expert Sales Representatives to discuss the benefits of getting lights. * Represent with Pride: Uphold AVID's stellar reputation with enthusiasm and professionalism. Job Requirements: * No Experience Necessary: We'll provide the training you need to succeed. * Door-to-Door: Be prepared to actively engage with potential customers in the field. * Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect and converse effectively. * Mobility: Reliable transportation and the ability to stay on your feet. Compensation: Commission: Transition to our uncapped commission structure. Unlimited income potential with top reps earning $8,000+ per month!
