Jim Rinaldo's Cabinetry Corp is seeking a Designer to join our team in Dade City, FL! We are looking for a creative designer to help us bring our brand to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and will be able to collaborate with clients, interior designers and custom home builders to develop ideas for new spaces. This position will be responsible for creating designs from concept to completion. Qualifications: * Experience in cabinetry design, cabinetry manufacturing or construction preferred * Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements for cabinetry. * Utilize CAD software, including AutoCAD and Sketchup, to create detailed cabinet designs and layouts. * Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in construction and renovation projects. * Provide expert advice on color theory, lighting design, and materials to enhance interior spaces. * Prepare and present sales proposals, including contracts and pricing, to clients. * Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Experience selling and/or designing custom and premade cabinetry * Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Ability to self-market to custom home builders, interior designers, and real estate investors * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Knowledge of AutoCAD Profiles 3D software (Cabinet Vision, Pro Kitchen, etc). * Classwork in Interior Design or Interior Architecture a plus * Builder network a plus Jim Rinaldo's Cabinetry Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
