Job Overview We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative to grow our footprint across the Orlando market by securing new commercial cleaning and facility service contracts. This is a true outside B2B sales role focused on prospecting, face-to-face meetings, needs assessments, and closing recurring service agreements with office buildings, medical facilities, retail centers, property managers, and other commercial clients. Additionally, we have many lead generation sources, so in addition to your own prospecting, you will be following up on leads we provide you. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, solving problems for business owners and property managers, and getting paid based on performance. What You 'll Be Doing * Following up on leads we provide. * Prospecting daily through cold calling, in-person visits, referrals, and networking * Identifying decision-makers such as property managers, office managers, and facility directors * Conducting on-site walkthroughs to assess cleaning needs and operational requirements * Preparing and presenting customized service proposals and pricing * Managing the full sales cycle from first contact through contract execution * Closing recurring service agreements that generate long-term residual commissions * Upselling additional services such as floor care, carpet cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and specialty services * Building long-term client relationships to drive renewals, expansions, and referrals * Collaborating with operations and management to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery * Maintaining accurate records of prospects, proposals, and follow-ups in CRM * Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets Who We 're Looking For * Proven success in B2B outside sales, preferably in cleaning, facility services, landscaping, security, or related industries * Strong hunter mentality -- comfortable initiating conversations and opening doors * Confident, professional, and comfortable meeting with business owners and executives * Skilled at qualifying prospects and uncovering operational pain points * Strong negotiation and closing abilities * Organized, disciplined, and able to manage a full sales pipeline * Excellent communication skills -- in person, phone, and email * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field * Comfortable explaining service scopes, schedules, and contract terms * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Experience with CRM systems and basic business software is a plus Compensation & Growth * Draw + aggressive commission structure (details discussed in interview) * Unlimited earning potential -- commissions paid on recurring contracts while employed * Opportunity to build a strong book of business with residual income * Advancement opportunities as the company continues to expand in Central Florida * Support from operations, marketing, and management to help you close and retain accounts Why This Role Is Different This is not retail sales.
