INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE A3 Freight Payment is a freight invoice audit and payment outsourcing firm serving shippers. A3 Freight Payment has an opportunity on its team for an Inside Sales Representative. This is an entry level position. The employee will serve on the sales team qualifying and initiating relationships with sales leads generated by the company's marketing activities. The employee will also nurture those relationships throughout the sales cycle. Primary Responsibilities * Reach out to qualified leads for initial contact through multiple channels. * Schedule calls/meeting with qualified leads to discuss services. * Follow-up with previously contacted leads to ensure company's participation in any sourcing exercise. Requirements & Qualifications * A bachelor's degree is required. * Previous sales experience is preferred. * Strong communications and interpersonal relationship skills are required. A successful candidate for this position will * Have the ability to form relationships with prospects. * Have the ability to learn about the company's services and employ that knowledge. * Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
