: We are a LOCAL 5-star restoration & roofing company currently looking to add 4-6 individuals to our growing team to assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage in our area. Our company has been able to assist hundreds of customers with insurance restoration projects, storm restoration, reroofing, new construction and insurance claims related to construction. We are becoming one of the area's fastest growing restoration companies in the panhandle. To handle the additional jobs we are anticipating, and in need for 4-6 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners on how to start the process. No Experience? No Problem. Our company delivers the best storm restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 14 days. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need to represent and assist homeowners through their claims, so prior experience is not necessary. Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management.
• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
• Comfortable utilizing technology tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
• Must have reliable transportation & a valid drivers license.
• Team player, self-disciplined, self-motivated and have good time management
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not a necessity.
• Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections

• Engage with potential clients through door-to-door sales and lead generation strategies to identify roofing needs by offering a free roof inspection.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer properties to recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective business development strategies that enhance market presence. Commission Pay:
• 1099 Contractor
• Up to $100.00+ per hour or $50,000-$250,000 per year Job Types:
• 1099 Contractor, Full-time, Part-time, Flexible Scheduling, Weekends As Needed, No holidays. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
