CLI Insurance is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who value building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and providing high-quality service to clients. As a Outside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to grow a book of business. This means developing connections with new clients, identifying their needs, and presenting customized insurance solutions that fit their unique situations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new clients
• Review insurance options and provide tailored recommendations
• Guide clients through the application and policy process
• Provide professional service and support throughout the client relationship
• Contribute to overall team growth and success

Qualifications

• Life Insurance license preferred (support available for candidates not yet licensed)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Roofing, solar, auto sales, bartending experience is preferred
