Our educational resources cover essential topics such as property acquisition, management systems, marketing, and maximizing profitability in the short-term rental market. We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of our inside sales team, coach and lead the lead the sales team to success through accountability and leadership. The successful candidate will be energetic, well organized with proven ability to sell and lead a high- transactional sales team. The primary duties for this role are to define and execute appropriate sales strategies and sales support programs to maximize sales and commission opportunities for the sales team. Responsibilities: * Build, lead and motivate a team of inside sales reps to achieve sales targets and help team acheive their goals. * Manage pipeline of warm leads using the company CRM. * Our sales are by phone, phone sales experience and management of others who sell on phone is required. * Completes sales operational requirements by sales accountability and following up on work results. * Build the sales team by helping to recruite, hire and train employees. * Counseling and disciplining employees when needed Qualifications/Skills: * A Very High Accountability Radar * Can create, implement and guide their sales team meeting KPIs * Our sales are by phone, phone sales experience and management of others who sell on phone is required. * Commands respect * Strong ability to sell * They can speak in public comfortably * Creating and implementing a sales plan * Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress * Analyzing sales data * Presentation skills * Management and leadership skills * Mentoring, coaching, and holding sales reps accountable * Strong communication skills Requirements: * Two to three years of experience as sales manager (has managed a team of inside sales reps) * Three to five years of sales experience * Proven track record of positive sales performance Commissions and overrides are a part of the compensation for this position. This is full-time Monday through Friday, 930am to late. We are located in Jacksonville, FL and are currently an e-commerce based business with clients all over the United States.
