Join the team at Alpine Outlets , a fast-growing local outlet store offering steep discounts on furniture, appliances, flooring, and home essentials. We're not a traditional showroom we move quickly, work as a team, and focus on giving customers a great experience every time they walk in. This role is primarily customer-facing and sales-focused. You'll spend most of your time helping customers on the floor, answering questions, and guiding them to the right products. When customer traffic is slower, you'll assist with backend tasks to keep the store running smoothly. If you're friendly, dependable, bilingual, and motivated to learn, we'd love to meet you. What You 'll Be Doing (Primary Focus): * Greet and assist walk-in customers in both English and Spanish * Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability * Help customers make confident purchase decisions * Provide a positive, professional in-store experience Additional Responsibilities (When Needed): * Move, stage, clean, or build furniture for display or pickup * Assist with receiving shipments and light warehouse tasks * Help keep the sales floor and back-of-house organized * Take basic product photos This is an active role when customers are not on the floor, you 'll stay productive by helping with backend store operations. What We 're Looking For: * Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) * Comfortable speaking with new people and helping customers * Reliable, punctual, and ready to work * Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs when needed * Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required Important: Candidates must be able to speak and understand both English and Spanish to be considered.
