Full description of the position

Under the supervision of the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing sales and administrative support. Sales Support responsibilities : * Enter and maintain product information within the customer portal/sites as well as internal systems. * Handle all administrative duties to support the Sales team, including shipping product samples and various reporting. * Create sales presentations with product trend data. Pricing Management responsibilities : * Enter, maintain, and validate all product and customer pricing files. * Work closely with the Division and Sales team to ensure the implementation of product price changes. * Validate sales order pricing. Marketing Support responsibilities : * Craft and maintain product content. * Initiate requests including sales sheets, photography, and various sales collaterals from internal Graphics team. * Assist in proofing all marketing materials including packaging, catalogs, etc. * Audit internal and external website content for accuracy and consistency. * Monitor the competitive environment and provide marketing recommendations. Tradeshow/Event Support responsibilities : * Work closely with stakeholders to meet all event deadlines and needs. * Coordinate and implement all booth logistics, including booth services, maintenance, shipping of booth, and other applicable duties as required. * Attend, assist, or arrange logistics for booth set up and dismantling, act as on-site point of contact for event and interface with show attendees. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Sales or Marketing Support role. * Excels in time management, multi-tasking and balancing multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Able to create formulas, handle and analyze large amounts of data to create actionable insights and reports. * Strong and consistent attention to detail. * Deadline oriented with strong organization skills * Flexibility and capability to take on special assignments/projects as directed by supervisor. * Some travel required. * Ability to lift 25+ lbs. Preferred Skills * Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system. * Experience with social media planning and implementation. * Proficient in product and brand-related copywriting.
