Full description of the position

Under the supervision of the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing sales and administrative support. Sales Support responsibilities :

• Enter and maintain product information within the customer portal/sites as well as internal systems.
• Handle all administrative duties to support the Sales team, including shipping product samples and various reporting.
• Create sales presentations with product trend data. Pricing Management responsibilities :
• Enter, maintain, and validate all product and customer pricing files.
• Work closely with the Division and Sales team to ensure the implementation of product price changes.
• Validate sales order pricing. Marketing Support responsibilities :
• Craft and maintain product content.
• Initiate requests including sales sheets, photography, and various sales collaterals from internal Graphics team.
• Assist in proofing all marketing materials including packaging, catalogs, etc.
• Audit internal and external website content for accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide marketing recommendations. Tradeshow/Event Support responsibilities :
• Work closely with stakeholders to meet all event deadlines and needs.
• Coordinate and implement all booth logistics, including booth services, maintenance, shipping of booth, and other applicable duties as required.
• Attend, assist, or arrange logistics for booth set up and dismantling, act as on-site point of contact for event and interface with show attendees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Sales or Marketing Support role.
• Excels in time management, multi-tasking and balancing multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Able to create formulas, handle and analyze large amounts of data to create actionable insights and reports.
• Strong and consistent attention to detail.
• Deadline oriented with strong organization skills
• Flexibility and capability to take on special assignments/projects as directed by supervisor.
• Some travel required.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. Preferred Skills
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system.
• Experience with social media planning and implementation.
