Overview: One of our Global Logistics clients are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving sales initiatives and expanding their market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a proven track record of success in international Freight Sales. You will leverage your expertise Air & Ocean selling to grow market share across the western region. Duties: * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. * Manage a designated territory, identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Requirements: * Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on International Air & Ocean. * Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and territory management. * Strong relationship building experience with key stakeholders. * Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach to selling. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities. * Familiarity with the international Freight Forwarding market. * Good knowledge of the New Jersey area and other surrounding areas.
