Overview

: One of our Global Logistics clients are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving sales initiatives and expanding their market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a proven track record of success in international Freight Sales. You will leverage your expertise Air & Ocean selling to grow market share across the western region.

Duties

:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Manage a designated territory, identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on International Air & Ocean.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and territory management.
• Strong relationship building experience with key stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach to selling.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with the international Freight Forwarding market.
