Overview We are hiring a Residential Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to support our well established and ongoing Real Estate Investment business operating throughout the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. This position will be responsible for virtual and direct to door marketing to homeowners interested in selling their home. Experience in off market real estate is desired but not necessary, we provide a full training program. Qualified candidates will have experience with outside sales and have reliable transportation. This position will be paid hourly with incentives and bonuses paid for scheduling sales appointments and taking actions that lead to the purchase of a home.. This is a great opportunity to earn money while getting invaluable hands on experience buying, rehabbing and selling single family homes for big profit. We have flipped 100+ homes in DFW for high profits and a selected candidate will get the benefit, experience and compensation for being part of a successful established business with a proven training plan and operating processes. This is a field position offered to work throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area, reliable transportation is a requirement. Our operating office is in Dallas but this position will be operating throughout DFW so there is not a requirement to be in office daily. Responsibilities * Direct to door marketing to seller leads provided in our custom CRM * Virtual marketing via phone and text messages to homeowners that may be willing to sell homes * Answer phone calls from leads responding to in bound marketing channels * Setting and attending appointments with our Acquisition Director to negotiate the purchase of homes * Write contracts and negotiate the purchase of homes * Periodic Property management duties including changing of locks, camera installation and delivery of supplies to homes in rehab Requirements * Proven experience in marketing and sales. * Experience with Real Estate is desired but not required. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Bilingual skills is desired (Spanish and English) * Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience in property management is bonus * Transportation and a smart phone are required.
