We're searching for highly motivated, consultative Sales Representatives to join our greater Louisville area sales team. This is a high-income earning role that does not require cold calling or constant door knocking. Pinnacle has an amazing production and back-off team, that manages all installation and administrative tasks, allowing our Sales team to focus on delivering best-in-class solutions, exceptional service, and clear, consistent communication to meet our customers' needs. Sales Representatives do NOT ... * Have caps on commissions * Install roofs * Manage production * Have to generate all of your own leads You WILL BE ... * Trained by a best in class sales team * Supported by a marketing, lead intake, and management team * Performing in-person inspections at customer's homes and small businesses * Willing and able to climb on roofs to inspect damage * Generating estimates and consult customers on the right solution(s) * Ensuring the customer has an excellent experience through job completion * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients generating repeat business and referrals * Tracking and communicating internally on Pinnacle Roofing's CRM tool * Attending and conducting outside sales activities (sales training, trade events, referral engagement, targeted canvassing events, etc.) * Operating with integrity.
