Apply to our team today! + About This Job Opening + We are currently seeking to hire Experienced and Licensed P&C Professionals to cross sell our book of business at service, prospect within the book, get referrals, and provide policy reviews and retention efforts upon appointment. These positions require a valid Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance license OR a Colorado Personal Lines Insurance license. If you currently possess this license, or the equivalent in another state, AND you have a proven track record selling Property and Casualty insurance products, you are all set to start. + Compensation Plan + We are able to offer up compensation packages for the VERY TOP TIER of P&C Insurance Sales Professionals. Bring us your sales track record and we will crunch numbers together and make this transition work for you! * Base Pay $50,000 Annual + Monthly Commission + Bonuses = upto $75k (or more) in W-2 Earnings * 401-K w/ 3% Employer Safe Harbor Contribution after one year * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 days * Life Insurance and AD+D Insurance * Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation and Paid Sick Leave * Paid training, Advancement, and Promotions to Team Lead or Management + Responsibilities + * Consult and educate families and businesses regarding property and casualty insurance benefits, cross selling and servicing accounts * Strive to improve retention metrics by customizing the coverages and deductibles available * Sell policies during policy reviews and service, targeting and individual goal of 25 insurance items/month * Promote retirement plans and life insurance options and set appointments for our customers with our financial specialist * Be proficient with computer data processes and communication platforms, including meticulous annotation of client contact and follow up + Requirements + * Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Sales, Customer Service, and/or Account Management * Be able to manage a high call volume, texting platforms, handling multiple applications at once, website navigation, Microsoft Office and Google Suites, and lots of tasks * Be a self-starter, able to multi-task, prioritize, organize, solve problems and learn independently, and enjoy getting things "checked off the list" * Have confidence to consult and sell during service and retention appointments, and hit personal and team sales targets * Maintain a courteous and professional tone in verbal and written communication with customers, co-workers, and management * Must have or obtain a valid Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance License or a Colorado Personal Lines Insurance License Job Type: Permanent Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Property & Casualty Insurance: 1 year (Preferred) * Customer Service & Administration: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * CO P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Castle Rock, CO 80108 (Required) Work Location: In person
