Position Overview New Catalyst Inc. is looking for a passionate and motivated Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our Community Outreach team. This role is ideal for someone eager to launch a career in marketing while making a tangible difference in local communities. You'll actively support outreach efforts, assist in campaign execution, and help bridge the gap between nonprofit partners and the people they serve. Key Responsibilities * Support the planning, setup, and execution of local awareness and outreach campaigns for nonprofit and business partners. * Work face-to-face in community spaces such as local events, outdoor public areas, retail locations, and business districts. * Represent causes and campaigns that promote social impact, wellness, education, and local economic growth. * Engage directly with community members , answering questions, sharing campaign messaging, and collecting feedback. * Assist in organizing and participating in events, tabling opportunities, community pop-ups, and promotional initiatives. * Assist in tracking engagement metrics and maintaining detailed records of outreach efforts. * Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and improve campaign effectiveness. * Provide insights from the field to help tailor future campaign strategies. Qualifications * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you're comfortable speaking to strangers and making authentic connections. * Strong interest in community development, nonprofit work, and public engagement. * Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team. * Comfortable working outdoors or on-site, sometimes for extended periods. * Flexible schedule--availability for evenings and weekends is required. * Previous volunteer, canvassing, or outreach experience is a plus, but not required.
