The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing clients with the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities: - Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new clients and expand the customer base. - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies. - Utilize retail sales techniques to promote insurance products effectively. - Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to explain policy options and coverage details. - Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential customers and generate leads. - Utilize bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, to assist a diverse range of clients. - Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure the best deals for clients.
