A local State Farm Insurance Agency in RICHARDSON, TX is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. As an Insurance Account Representative , you'll help grow the agency through phone, email, and in-person sales while building lasting customer relationships. You'll work with a team dedicated to helping clients protect their homes, cars, and finances.. Insurance Account Representative Responsibilities: * Prospect for new business, build referral relationships, and contribute to agency growth. * Sell effectively, driving revenue growth through persuasive communication, relationship building, and closing skills - will train the eager and hungry to GROW * Service existing customers, process new applications, and maintain accurate policy records. * 1+ years of sales experience would be a bonus, although not required * Stable work history and PC literacy required. * Training provided -- we're seeking coachable individuals with a positive attitude and strong sales drive. Insurance Sales Representative Requirements: * 1+ years of sales, service and account experience a plus; willing to train new skills * Must be organized, self-motivated, reliable, and possess strong communication presentation * PC proficiency and a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable required. * Stable work history preferred; career changers, recent grads, and experienced sales professionals encouraged to apply. * Ability to commute to our office in Richardson, TX 75082 * Valid and current P &C License - Required Driving distance near: Plano, TX, Lake Highlands, Garland, TX, Addison, TX, Murphy, TX State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
