This role involves connecting with homeowners, understanding their roofing needs, and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers protect their homes with quality roofing products and services. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Build relationships with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and educate them on our products and services. * Sales Process Management: Conduct in-home consultations, provide accurate estimates, and close sales. * Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on sales leads, including referrals, online inquiries, and company-generated appointments. * Market Knowledge: Stay informed about roofing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. * Customer Service: Address customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience from consultation to project completion. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with the roofing and installation teams to ensure successful project execution. * Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems. Requirements: Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related field. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong negotiation and closing abilities. * Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow up consistently. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. * Basic understanding of roofing materials and installation processes (training provided). * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
