Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by by running company generated appointments. Average sales rep receives 12 pre- set and pre-qualified leads per week. This role requires a strong understanding of our sales processes (we provide paid training), excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients. Responsibilities * Visit customers on pre-set appointments and complete a presentation on one or more of our products. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through effective account management. * Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and brand promotion. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in home sales environments. * Strong sales skills with the ability to close effectively. * Expertise in business development and territory management. * Proficient in using CRM software for account management and lead tracking. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals successfully. * Strong customer service orientation with an emphasis on relationship building. * Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. * Experience in product demos, upselling, and cross-selling techniques. * Knowledge of outside sales processes is beneficial.
