The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned territories * Identify and generate new leads through Door knocking and paid leads , networking, and market research * Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively * Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation * Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Support management in developing territory expansion strategies and sales forecasts Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills * Proficiency with CRM software such as company cam or similar platforms * Ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations * Skilled in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques * Excellent analysis skills for market research and sales data interpretation * Customer service-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and upselling opportunities * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in a fast-paced sales environment.
