Sales Manager - Industrial Refrigeration We are hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead a high-impact sales team focused exclusively on industrial refrigeration and process cooling. This role is for a proven industrial sales leader who can drive new business, develop top performers, and take ownership of revenue growth in a technical, project-driven market. What You 'll Do * Train and lead a specialized industrial sales team * Actively close deals while growing the team. * Drive new business, sales strategy, and revenue growth * Manage projects from quote, to completion, to collections.
