Sales Manager - Industrial Refrigeration We are hiring a Sales Manager to build and lead a high-impact sales team focused exclusively on industrial refrigeration and process cooling. This role is for a proven industrial sales leader who can drive new business, develop top performers, and take ownership of revenue growth in a technical, project-driven market. What You 'll Do

  • Train and lead a specialized industrial sales team
  • Actively close deals while growing the team.
  • Drive new business, sales strategy, and revenue growth
  • Manage projects from quote, to completion, to collections. What We 're Looking For
  • 8+ years experience selling industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical construction
  • Project Management or Lead experience
  • Prior success leading sales teams
  • Strong industrial and technical sales background
  • Hunter mindset with leadership presence
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related strongly preferred Why This Role
