Who We 're Looking For We need a driven, competitive sales professional who thrives in a fast- paced environment. This is a role for someone who's hungry for success, not watching the clock, and ready to put in the work to build relationships and close deals. Responsibilities * Speak daily with homeowners via phone, text, and email. * Build rapport and trust quickly. * Negotiate offers that work for both the homeowner and the company. * Use our CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and deals in progress. * Manage incoming leads -- even during evenings and weekends. * Consistently follow up with potential sellers to keep deals moving forward. * Collaborate with the acquisitions team to meet and exceed sales goals. Work Schedule * Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM * Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Every Other Saturday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Qualifications * Sales experience preferred, especially in phone-based or inside sales. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong negotiation skills or the drive to learn them quickly. * Resilient and self-motivated -- thrives under pressure. * Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed. * Must work in-office in Fort Lee, NJ (no remote). Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $45,000 annually. * Commission: 6% for Net Profit on Closed Deals * Sliding Scale Commission & Bonuses: Offered after 90 days -- earn 6-10% commission plus performance bonuses. * Earning Potential: $75,000-$100,000+ total annual earnings. * Opportunity for career growth in a rapidly expanding company. * Fun, energetic team culture where hard work is rewarded.
