Role Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key player in our dealership's growth strategy. You will identify and engage potential customers, drive traffic to our showroom, and help us achieve our sales goals. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social media. Schedule test drives and follow up with leads to ensure their needs are met. * Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and support in converting leads into sales. Qualifications: * Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service in the automotive industry are a plus, but not required. * Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with potential customers and address their needs effectively. * Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
