In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across our dealerships, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be vital in achieving our sales goals and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance revenue growth. * Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and clients. * Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and product availability. * Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers while maintaining high satisfaction levels. * Conduct training sessions for the sales team on best practices in upselling and customer engagement. * Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
