Responsibilities * Assist senior agents in conducting market research and analysis to identify potential commercial real estate opportunities. * Support the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and presentations for client meetings. * Coordinate property showings and assist in the organization of open houses and client tours. * Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information. * Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and expand professional knowledge. * Assist in the negotiation of lease and sale agreements under the guidance of senior agents. * Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
