Rewards for Collections Account Manager: * $17 - $22 per hour based on experience * Extra monthly bonus up to $1,400.00 * Some overtime with OT pay * Career growth potential in multiple areas * Great benefits & paid time off * Industry-best customer program * Growing national company in business 36 years Collection Account Manager Responsibilities: * Help customers get the credit & the product they need * Work face-to-face & over the phone with customers * Help customers advance their credit situation * Help ensure branch compliance * Manage a portion of the collections portfolio * Assist with lending/credit origination * Assist other departments as needed Hours for Collections Account Manager: * Full-time (42-44 hours a week) * Some overtime with OT pay * 5-day work week * No Sundays * Work most Saturdays 9-4 with a weekday off * M-TH shifts are within the hours of 9-7 * Friday shifts start at 8am Collection Account Manager Requirements: * Collections, call center, customer retention or related experience * Good communication & computer skills * Able to work the hours listed * Able to pass a background check * Able to work onsite Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,979.51 - $64,848.77 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
